Before you call...
In some cases you can solve the problem yourself for free. Try these steps before ordering a priority service.
Check Main Fuses
Check your meter cabinet. If a fuse has blown, replace it. If a circuit breaker tripped, try flipping it up.
Reset RCD
Has the residual current device tripped? Flip up the switch. If it trips again, unplug appliances and try again.
Is the neighbor also out?
Look outside. If street lights or neighbors are dark, the fault lies with the grid owner. We cannot help then.
